中文摘要 | (一)大豆種子萌芽時對播子深度的反應呈常態分佈。 (二)各處理的參試數可用n=t2pq/d2之公式決定之,式中t為t-分佈中5%及1%時之t值,p為反應率; q=1-p,d為期望機差(%)。(表9) (三)臺中青皮豆對蓋土厚度的忍耐力強,故播種深度不一致時,萌芽也甚整齊,而珠仔豆之忍耐力弱,播種深度須一致,變域不可太大,否則萌芽不整齊。 (四)萌芽率除與蓋土厚度、氣溫、土壤水分等有關外,與種子百粒種也有關係,在同一萌芽率下,百粒重大的品種蓋土可厚,而小的品種則需薄。 (五)在溫室內,要使萌芽率達到90%時,臺中青皮豆的播種深度應為 4~7cm,而珠仔豆則為 3~4.5cm。 (六)臺中青皮豆對氣溫變化之反應,較株仔豆不敏感。 (七)田間播種時,實際播種量除受播種密度與試驗室內的種子發芽率之影響外,尚受各種蓋土厚度之萌芽率的影響。萌芽率低(對蓋土厚度之抵抗力弱)時播種量應增多。 |
英文摘要 | 1. During the emergence of the soybean seed, the response to sowing depth has been shown of normal distribution. 2. The participant numbers of each treatment are determined by an equation n=t2pq/d2, where t is taken from the normal distribution, with significance level of 5% and 1%, p the proportion of response, q=1-p, and d a desirable error denoted by percentage (Table 9). 3. The Taichung Green variety has stronger tolerance to the depth of coverage. Even if the sowing depthes were not uniform, the emergence of the bean sprout will be still uniformity. On the other hand, as the Chutsutou has weak tolerance to the depth of coverage, so the sowing depthes must be uniform, and the range can not widen, or the sprout of the bean will not be uniform. 4. The percentage of emergency seems to be influenced not only by the depth of coverage, temperature, soil moisture, etc, but also by the weight of 100 seeds. The coverage depth of the variety with heavier weight of 100 seeds should be deeper than those with lighter weight of 100 seeds. 5. In the greenhouse, when the emergency rate reached 90%, the sowing depth of Taichung Green is somenhere between 4 and 7 cm, while Chutsutou between 3 and 4.5cm. 6. The Taichung Green are less sensitive in response to the variation of temperature than the variety of Chutsutou. 7. When sowing in the field, virtually, the seed amount is influenced not only by the sowing density and the indoor germination percentage, but also by the coverage depth of emergency rate. If the emergency rate is low, the sowing amount should be increased vice versa. |
