中文摘要 | ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line)是中華電信公司目前提供寬頻服務之主力方案,目前本公司ATM/ADSL寬頻接取網路係採用為客戶在網路中建立一條ATM固接式虛擬電路(PVC, Permanent Virtual Circuit)方式建設網路,因此,對於每一ADSL客戶之PVC管理是非常重要的。一旦客戶所在網路有所變動,必需迅速確實在短時間內將客戶之PVC改接完成,同時在短期內修改指配PORT及PVC調度作業以指配新客戶即時提供服務。所以,本系統必需包含網路資源的調度、設備PORT指配與供裝流程的設計及執行,且必需與PVC邏輯設計理論相結合,如此方能因應網路之即時變化,且能有效管理整個網路資源之利用。更重要一點,是本系統掌控ATM/ADSL網路元件施工及自動設定之流程,使得本公司ADSL寬頻服務之供裝作業順暢且快速,提高客戶對本公司服務品質之滿意度。 |
英文摘要 | ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) is currently the flagship[product] of Chunghwa Telecom's (CHT) broadband network services. CHT Provides ATM_based broadband services by means of constructing PVCs amount network elements. The Managing of customer's PVC is very important. In order to promptly restore the broadband services for a customer after modifications of route data pertaining to the customer has been made, operators must be able to adjust network configuration, including reassigning and rearranging PVCs and network ports accurately. Thus, we developing an operating support system, BroAdband Network Service Processing and Management System (BANPS), by which the requirement mentioned above can be fulfilled efficiently. Taking advantage of this system, CHT is able to do network resource management and order_processing workflow control. Furthermore, by adapting theories of PVC design, this system is capable of making the best use of network resources in an ever-changing network environment. It even gives warnings when network resources are being used up. Consequently, it makes the provisioning of ADSL smooth and swift and thus enhances customers' satisfaction with CHT's services in a solid way. |
