中文摘要 | 如何規劃國民小學合理的學校建築空間規模?如何審核學校申請建築 規模及審核程序?是當前台北市政府教育局正研擬建立制度之課題。 本研究調查台北市112所國民小學,分析學校建築教學空間與附屬設施之相關因 子,包括校地區位、校地面積、校舍總樓地板面積、校舍平均屋齡、全校學生人 數、每年學生人數增減率、既有或新設學校……等。本研究建議依據學校規模、 校地區位、學校是新設或既有之類別,提出「每生享有校地面積」、「每生享有校 舍樓地板面積」、「學校建築空間功能區分面積組成比例」等三項規劃及審核指 標,有利於台北市建立國民小學學校建築空間規劃及營建工程審核之基準。 |
英文摘要 | How shall we plan the rational space size of school building? How to approve the construction project of school building? The problem was discussing and studying now in the educational bureau of city government in Taipei. We had surveyed about 112 public primary schools in Taipei. In this study, we selected some kinds of factors which concerning about the educational facilities and campus site. For example, the site location, the size of campus, the total floor area of buildings, the mean of building history age, the total number students of school, the change ratio of student number per year, new or existing school, finally, we was according to the above surveied data, to establish three criterions of planning and approving. Such as the size of campus per student, the size of total floor area per student, the space area composition divided with the function of school buildings. |
