中文摘要 | 本研究目的為探究日本中學專任教師兼任導師在校工作內容,並特別分析日本中學專任教師兼任導師之編制方法。以日本京都市左京區櫻花中學某班英語科專任教師兼任導師為個案研究對象,藉由分析與歸納2009/11/13、2009/11/16、2009/11/17 等三天實地觀察及文件蒐集所獲資料,提出日本中學專任教師兼任導師之工作實態及特色,最後再依研究結論,對我國國民中學專任教師兼任導師制提出啟示。 |
英文摘要 | This study was aimed to explore Japan junior high school teacher's work and classroom teacher system by classroom observation and documents analysis. Firstly, it was found that Japan junior high school teacher's work included class management, administration affairs, teaching and directing students' clubs. Secondly, sub-class teacher system in Japan junior high school was a stabled human resource organization, and it was different from Taiwan junior high school substitute classroom teacher. Finally, suggestions of this study were provided to relevant administrations. |
