英文摘要 | Staff development provides for change, renewal, quality education, and professional competence. Supervision is a service designed to help teachers become more effective; as a result their students will benefit. Staff development is an important domain of supervision. In this article, we talk about the truth that the effective instructional supervisor must not only possess leadership skills but also be able to nurture leadership in others. In other words, a supervisor should exert democratic group leadership, and help teachers develop skills in the group process and evaluate themselves. |
