中文摘要 | 全身系統性紅斑性狼瘡為一複雜之自體免疫性疾病,原因不明,近年來在免疫學研究方面發現此類患者的B細胞,T細胞及內皮網狀系統均有缺陷,本研究自1985年至1987年收集了十位被診斷為系統性紅斑性狼瘡之病童,其中九位為女孩,一位為男孩,在使用藥物治療之前及治療後,抽血測定其第二介白質(IL-2),丙種干擾素(Υ-IFN)之製造及自然殺手細胞毒殺能力(NK cytotoxicity),結果顯示,在急性期未使用藥物治療前,所有病童的第二介白質及丙種干擾素的製造均降低(P<0.0005),自然殺手細胞毒殺能力亦減退(P<0.0005),在單獨使用類固醇或加免疫抑制藥物治療後,其第二介白質之製造及自然殺手細胞毒殺能力均恢復正常,丙種干擾素之製造亦增多,但仍比正常人低(P<0.0005),故類固醇或免疫抑制藥物可增進或恢復此類患者之免疫功能。 |
英文摘要 | From 1985 to 1987, interleukin-2(IL-2) and gamma-interferon (r-IFN) production and natural killer (NK) cell activity were measured in 10 children suffering from active systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) before and after steroid and/or immunosuppressive drug treatment. The production of IL-2 and r-IFN was decreased and NK cell cytotoxicity was also suppressed in active lupus patients. After treatment, IL-2 production and NK cell cytotoxicity returned to normal range; r-IFN production also increased, but remained lower than normal. |
