中文摘要 | 本研究係以含浸法、真空法與充細胞法等三種方式將耐燃藥劑注入杉木、柳杉、肖楠、花旗松、南方松與放射松等六種針葉樹材中,以探討耐燃藥劑處理法對木材藥劑吸收量的影響,其結果顯示,三種處理法吸收量依序為充細胞法>真空法>含浸法;以含浸法處理時,吸收量為放射松>南方松>杉木>花旗松>柳杉>肖楠,真空處理法為放射松>杉木>南方松>柳杉>花旗松>肖楠,充細胞法則放射松>杉木>柳杉>南方松>花旗松>肖楠。而以含浸法處理時,試材比重與吸收量無顯著相關;真空法或充細胞法處理吸收量隨比重增加而減少。又飽和藥劑溶液處理材吸收量(CR)隨木材比重(SG)增加而呈直線降低。不論真空法或充細胞法,柳杉與杉木邊材的吸收量大於心材;而單板厚度對吸收量的影響,在充細胞法與真空法均不顯著,含浸法則隨著單板厚度增加而下降。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of fire-retardant treating methods on fire-retardant absorption of six kind of sofwoods. Specimens were treated with fire-retardant solution by steeping, vacuum, and full-cell methods. We found the chemicals absorption of treating methods were full-cell process>vacuum process>steeping process. And the chemical absorption of six softwood specimens treated by steeping method were Radiate pine>Southern pine>China fir>Douglas fir>Japanese cedar>Taiwan incense cedar. By vacuum method, the absorption of specimens were Radiate pine > China fir > Southern pine>Japanese cedar > Douglas fir > Taiwna incense cedar. However, for those treated by full-cell method, the aborption were Radiate pine > China fir > Japanese cedar > Southern pine > Douglas fir > Taiwan incense cedar. There was no significant relationship between specific gravity and chemical absorption in six softwood specimens treated by steeping process. But the absorption of fire-retardant chemical decreased with increasing of the specific gravity with full-cell process and vacuum process. Chemical absorption of saturated solution decreased with the increasing of specific gravity linearly. Chemical absorption of sapwood was larger than that of heartwood for China fir and Japanese cedar treated by full-cell process or vacuum process. The absorption of fire-retardant chemical increased with decreasing of veneer thickness treated by steeping process. But there was no significant influence on full-cell process and vacuum process. |
