中文摘要 | 客戶光纖通信管理系統(OPTIMA:Optical-Loop Telecommunication Information Management System),為一電腦化之客戶光纖路資訊管理系統。本系統能協助維運人員有效 管理光纜設施、設備,加快線路設計作業,縮短客戶線路供裝時程,提供自動化調度服務及 加強線路障礙處理能力。本系統發展考慮由纜層至DS1路徑層管理,包含客戶光纜輔助設 計、設備設施管理、電路管理、電路調訂及電路維護等五項主要作業項目。 OPTIMA使用的對象包含設計,施工,調度,指配人員,而資料的建立應儘量從上游 開始,並結合作業流程,有設計階段便產生設備基本資料,到細部設計階段便將設備實體資 料建入,施工人員即可依據資料庫內指示施工,到完工時也以資料內容驗收,調度指配也以 該系統產生工作單,如此資料維護自然較易完善。 |
英文摘要 | Optical-Loop Telecommunication Information Management System (OPTIMA) is a computerized management system to optimize the allocation efficiency of fiber cable links, speed up the work flow of path capacity design. Furthermore, it will automate network resource provisioning and reinforce service survivability planning. Its primary service include computer aided design of access fiber network (from fiber cable layer to DS1 layer), equipment and facility management, and circuit management. The users of OPTIMA which include network planner, operator, constructor and manager, should integrate existing workflow to build database beginning at upstream. At design phase, basic data of equipments are required; Thereafter, substantial data can be built into database at detailed design phase. Therefore, operators can construct a path according to instructions generated from OPTIMA. The completed work can also be checked and accepted by OPTIMA. |
