中文摘要 | 本研究之目的乃在探討我國企業面對經營環境變動時,所進行的企業改造與人力 資源規劃策略的關係。經由78家企業的實證結果,發現企業面對高度產業競爭環境壓力時 ,較重視員工培訓發展、績效評估功能與薪酬獎勵系統。此外,本研究也發現企業改造過 程中,作業流程重塑、組織結構調整與資訊科技整合之間存有顯著的相關。再者,組織彈 性、授權程度對員工培訓發展、調職升遷方式、績效評估功能、薪酬獎勵系統有顯著正向 影響。產業競爭環境壓力與作業流程彈性整合對加強績效評估功能亦有正向影響。資訊追 蹤控制能力與產業競爭環境壓力對重建薪酬獎勵系統也有顯著的正向影響。 |
英文摘要 | The Purpose of this research is to investigate the impacts of human resource planning strategy on business process reengineering, employed by firms in a changing environment. The research questionnaires 78 companies in Taiwan, and shows that firms, facing higher competitive pressure, tend to emphasize more on training and development, performance appraisal, and salary incentive reward. It indicates that there are significant relationships between business process redesign, organizational change, and information technology integration, employed by firms in Taiwan. It further indicates that factors of flexibility and delegation of organization have positive effects on training and development, transfer and promotion, performance appraisal, and salary incentive reward. Finally, the research shows that factors of competition and flexibility of operation process have positive effects on performance appraisal On the other hand, the tracking capabilities of information technology and competitive pressure have positive effects on salary incentive reward. |
