中文摘要 | 本研究旨在分析臺灣地區男性家長參與子女學校教育的情形。為達研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,研究樣本包括1,913位中小學學生的男性家長,研究工具為「男性家長參與子女學習活動及學校事務調查問卷」,所採用的統計方法包括:驗證性因素分析、平均數、標準差及單因子多變項變異數分析等。研究結果發現男性家長參與學校教育的內涵包括家庭本位的參與、學校/社區本位的參與、及親師溝通等三個面向,且男性家長在這三個面向的參與程度不高。此外,男性家長的參與程度受到個人因素、配偶因素、子女因素及情境因素的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate fathers' involvement in their children's education. Survey data were collected from 1913 students' male parents of grades 1-12 in Taiwan. Confirmatory factor analysis, means, standard deviation, and one-way MANOVA were the statistical methods used to analyze data. The findings of this study showed that there were three components of father involvement in education. The male parents were not involved in their children's education frequently. The male parents' socioeconomic characteristics and marital status, their children's gender and grade level, and their residential areas were associated with their involvement in education. |
