中文摘要 | 以高流量之高功率水刀應用於岩體開挖之可行性研究顯示:水刀有足夠能力開裂 軟岩及中強度岩石(如板岩),且對岩體損傷極小、可保留薄岩柱,極具開發潛力。由於現 地岩盤條件之變異性大,軟弱岩盤中常夾雜強岩,導致純水水刀開挖岩石之能力不佳,若提 高水刀能力(超高壓力)來開裂強岩,又恐不符經濟效益,基此本文發展出以水加砂方式, 以提增水刀作業能力。由現地之實驗成果顯示:(1)水刀採加砂方式,可有效提高對岩石之 穿深(及穿孔深度)及切槽能力。(2)當切槽次數相同下,對切槽深度之變化以水刀壓力較 高或切槽速率較慢者之切槽所得為深。及(3)磨料流率與岩石穿深之關係,呈現一似拋物線趨 勢,即磨料流率太低或過高均無法獲得較大穿深。 |
英文摘要 | The rocks fracturing by high-speed water jet has been used for more than 25 years. The power and cutting ability of waterjet has also been continuously increased over the years. Results of experiments conducted by Jeng (1997) indicate that it is feasible to ues water jet for excavating rocks, essentially soft rocks. The controlling parameters, including water jet pressure , traverse speed of cutting, the strength of rocks, abrasive flow rate and abrasive size were investigated through experiments and are presented in this paper. This paper described the development of rock fracturing technology using abrasive waterjet. The experimental results indicate that: (1) the abrasive water jet substantially increases the fracturing ability; (2) a greater nuzzle pressure or a slower traverse speed makes deeper cutting depth; and (3) a proper control of abrasive combustion rate is essential to mobilize optimum cutting ability into rock. |
