中文摘要 | 目前全球各地水庫泥砂淤積的問題已直接威脅到地表水資源是否能夠永續利用。 為有效解決水庫淤砂問題,利用豐水期多餘的水量,運用水力排砂技術排除庫內淤砂或防止 入庫泥砂沈降淤積,已被很多國家採行前成功地施行;然而水力排砂操作過程常會耗損大量 用水,致使排砂後水庫缺水率增高。為能同時考慮排砂耗用水量及標的供水量,本研究首先 建立水庫排砂模式,藉水理及床形之計算來推估出庫排砂量,求得排砂時水庫庫容之增損, 以便更新排砂後水庫水位一庫容曲線;按著結合已建立之水庫營運模式,使用更新後之水位 一庫容曲線及應用遺傳演算法優選而得之排砂操作規線,來模擬探討較佳的排砂時機與週期 。文中並以淤砂嚴重但具良好排砂條件的大埔水庫為研究對象進行探討,結果分析發現大埔 水庫在每年 5、6 月間為較佳的排砂操作時機, 而其排砂操作之週期平均約為 2 年施行一 次。 |
英文摘要 | Reservoir sedimentation problems have threatened the sustainable development of the water resources around the world. Using water during flood periods, hydraulic flushing has been applied successfully to remove sediment deposits and/or pass incoming sediment-laden flow through the reservoir. However, a great amount of the water will be often consumed during flushing operations. In order to take into account the objectives of water usage in flushing and water supply, a reservoir flushing model is developed to estimate the amount of the outflow sediment disharge for updating the reservoir elevation-volume relationship. The flushing timing and cycle for the Taupe Reservoir are investigated by using the established reservoir operational model. It is found that the best flushing timing is in May to June of a year, and the flushing cycle is about 2 years. |
