英文摘要 | In quantal-response bioassay, probit and logit models are widely used to build the relationship between dose and response and to estimate the median effective dose (ED �t ). However, the solving process had some deficiencies; hence, a trimmed Spearman-Karber method was developed. The trimmed Spearman-Karber method is a model-free estimating procedure, which has following advantages: be unaffected by anomalous responses, be accurate, and be easily programmable to get the solution. In this study the trimmed Spearman-Karber method was introduced to estimate ED �t and to construct the asympotic confidence interval using the approximate asymptotic variance. An example of detecting the proportion of paralysis for Meloidogyne incognita exposed in the pesticide carbofuran solution. Different trim coefficients were employed to estimate ED�tand aymptotic confidence interval, probit and logit models were used to estimate the above parameters as well. According to previous study, a choice of a=0.1 or 0.2 was recommended in calculating the trimmed Spearman-Karber estimate. |
