中文摘要 | 本文主要對全尺寸鷹架支撐系統進行系列的載重試驗, 以探討木支撐在支撐系統 中的架設情況改變時,對系統承載力之影響。試驗系統的架設,是以目前國內工地現場上通 用的組搭方式為準。試驗結果顯示,不同長度的木支撐導致支撐系統有不同的極限承載力及 破壞行為。極短的木支撐配置(如α =0.1 ),將使系統趨近於無木支撐情況的承載力及破 壞模式。當木支撐增長時,系統承載力會有下降的趨勢,破壞的位置也由鋼管鷹架本體內, 轉移到木支撐底端與鋼管鷹架相接處。使用中等長度木支撐時(如α =0.5 ),系統的極限 承載力為最小,長度再增大後,系統的承載力將會逐漸提升。另外,由試驗結果也發現,鷹 架支撐系統若不加底座,其承載力將降低約 20 %。至於木支撐下端所用以固定的鐵釘,只 能穩固支撐使不致鬆動,對整個鷹架支撐系統的承載力,則沒有顯著的提昇功能。 |
英文摘要 | The study aims to investigate the load-carrying capacity of the fullscale scaffold support system with different set-ups of wooden shores. The system set-ups in the experimental tests are based on the actual construction sites in Taiwan. The test results show that wooden shores of different lengths installed on the scaffolds can induce various system critical loads and failure modes. The critical loads and failure modes of the scaffold support system with very short wooden shores, such as α =0.1, are close to those without wooden shores. The longer the length of wooden shores, the less the critical load of the system with α <0.5. Besides this, the maximum lateral deformation of the system changes its position from the bottom of wooden shore connecting scaffolds to the linking of two scaffolds. The wooden shore with mediate length, such as α =0.5, has the lowest system critical load as compared with other test cases. However, beyond this specific point α =0.5, the system critical load increases when the length of wooden shores increase (i.e., 0.5< α <1.0). The test results also indicate that the system critical load reduces by 20% when jack bases are ignored in the system. Furthermore, nails connecting the wooden shores to the wooden planks fastened on scaffolds hardly increase the system critical load based on the test results. The nails do provide the fixing for wooden shores, but do not contribute to the increase of the system critical load. |
