中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的是:(l)利用Hi11口語互動矩障,探討成長團體的口語互動行為之變化; (2)探討團體歷程中,口語互動行為的差異;(3)探討成長團體中,過程評量與結果評量的關係; (4)探討團 體歷程中,領導者與成員的口語互動行為之關係;(5)探討成員口語互動行為與過程評量及結果評量的關係;(6)在成長團體中,驗証Hi 11口語互動行為的治療性價值。根據本研究結果,及結果的分析、 討論,本研究得到下列結論: 1.整體而言,團體歷程中口語E動行為的內容型態、工作型態、象限口語會隨團體次數的不同而有所改變,且每一個團體的口語行為在每一個會期的改變趨勢,均能從側面圖顯示出來。 2.團體歷程中四次團體的口語互動行為,在內容型態、工作型態、四個象限方面有顯著的差異。 3 團體歷程中四次關體的口語互動行為之總和,在內容型態、工作型態、四個象限方面有顯著的差異。 4 團體歷程中結構、低結構團體間的口語互動行為,在內容型態、工作型態、四個象限方面沒有顯著的差異。 5.團體歷程中結構、低結構團體內的口語互動行為,在內容型態、工作型態、四個象限方面部分有顯著的差異o 6.團體歷程中成員兩性交往態度量表之得分與團體獲益量表的得分有顯著的正相關。亦即成員自評的過程評量與結果評量有顯著的正相關。 7.團體歷程中領導者與成員的口語互動行為,在內容型態、工作型態、四個象限方面有顯著的正相關。亦即領導者與成員的口語互動行為有顯著的正相關。 8.團體歷程中成員四次團體的口語互動行為與四次團體的兩性交往態度量表之得分部分有顯著的正相關。亦即成員的口語互動行為與過程評量部分有顯著的正相關。 9 團體歷程中成員四次團體的口語互動行為與團體獲益量表的得分部分有顯著的正相關。亦即成員的口語互動行為與結果評量部分有顯著的正相關。 10.團體歷程中成員四次團體的口語互動行為之總和對兩性交往態度量表總得分部分具有預測力。亦即成員的口語互動行為之總和對過程評量部分具有預測力回 11.團體歷程中成員四次團體的口語E動行為之總和對團體獲益量表的得分部分具有預測力。亦即成員口語互動行為之總和對結果評量部分具有預測力。 12 團體歷程中成員四次團體的口語E動行為之總和及兩性交往態度芝總得分對團體獲益量衰的得分部分具有預測力。亦即成員口語互動行為之總和及過程評量部分對結果評量具有預測力。 基於上述的結果與結論,研究者分別提出相關建議,以作為未來研究與輔導實務的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose ofthis study was to : (1)examine the categories of verbal interaction by means of the Hill Interaction Matrix (HIM); (2) compare the difference of verbal interaction in the group process; (3) examine the relationships between the process measurement and the outcome measurement ; (4) examine the relationships between the verbal interaction of the leaders and the members in the group process ; (5) examine the relationships between the verbal interaction of the members and the process measurement and the outcome measuremen1: (6) testify the therapeutic effects of verbal interaction as measured by the HIM. The results were as follows : l.1n general, the verbal interaction with respect to the content style, the work style, and the four quadrant were keeping changing according to the group sessOns. 2.There was partial differences in verbal interaction with respect to the content style, the work style, and the four quadrant within each of the four sessions and in all sessions. 3.There were differences in the total verbal interaction with respect to the content style, the work style, and the four quadrant within each ofthe four sessions and in all sessions. 4.There was no difference in verbal interaction with respect to the content style, the work style, and the four quadrant between the structural groups and semi-structural groups. 5.There were partial differences in verbal interaction with respect to the content style, the work style, and the four quadrant within the structural groups and the semi-structural groups respectively. 6.Significant positive correlations were found be tween the process rneasurement and the outcome measurement 7.Significant positive correlations were found be tween the leaders' and members' verbal interac tOn 8.Partial significant positive correlations were found between the members' verbal interaction and the process measurement. 9.Partial significant positive correlations were found between the members' verbal interaction and the outcome measurement. 10.The summation of the members' verbal interac tion could partially predict the process measure ment. 11.The summation of the members' verbal interac tion could partially predict the outcome measure ment. 12.The summation of the members' verbal interac tion and the process measurement could partially predict the outcome measurement. Based on the results and findings, suggestions and recommendations were made for practical group counseling work and future study. |
