中文摘要 | 以近紅外線光譜技術分析番茄之品質,結果顯示近紅外線光譜技術可有效地預測 番茄之可溶性固形物、可滴定酸及顏色( -a/b 值)。所建立之品質檢量線方程式之迴歸決 定係數( coefficient of regression determination, R )皆高於 0.97, 檢量線之標準 機差皆小於 0.19,而檢量線方程式經可信度測試後,其估測值標準機差( standard error of validation,SEV )皆小於 0.21。由於近紅外線光譜技術具分析快速、樣品前處理簡理 、非破壞性及無化學汙染等特性,因此,適用於需要分析大量樣品之育種計劃或工廠之原料 分析及品質管制。 |
英文摘要 | The near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) technique was used in the quality assessment of tomato in this research. The experimental results demonstrated that acceptable prediction of quality index, including total soluble soild, titratable acidity and color (-a/b value), could be achieved. The R (coefficient of regression determination) of calibration curves were all higher than 0.97 with a standard error of calibration (SEC) lower than 0.19. The standard errors of validation (SEV) for the calibration curves were all lower than 0.21. The advatages of using the NIRS technique include rapid analysis, simplified sample preparation, non-destructie measurment, and free of chemicals pollution. This has suggested that NIRS can serve as a useful tool for the mass screnign in beeding programs and also for the quality control in the processing industry. |
