中文摘要 | 本研究乃針對加油站服務人員(45名)及大型車司機與隨車人員(31名)做個人 全天噪音暴露量、聽力損失程度之測量,並以大學生、中學生、小學生各取 10 名為對照組 。結果顯示,各組的全天噪音暴露量,即 Leq(24),以大型車司機與隨車人員這一組為最高 ,其平均值為 83.2 ± 8.44dB(A),其中超過 85dB(A) 的時間百分比為 13.7 %; 其次為 對照組(學生組),其平均值為 80.6 ± 4.57dB(A),超過 85dB(A) 的時間百分比為 10.3 %; 最低為加油站工作人員組,其平均值為 78.3 ± 6.03dB(A),超過 85dB(A) 的時間百 分比為 9.2 %。 至於在聽力損失程度方面,實驗的兩組平均聽力閾值超過 20dB 的頻率, 左右耳均為 0.25kHz,0.5kHz, 1kHz,及 8kHz,尤以大型車司機與隨車人員組在 8kHz 處 之聽力閾值最高,顯示其聽力已受到影響。而對照組中各級學生的聽力閾值在各頻率均未超 過 20dB。 由本研究可知,無論是學生、加油站工作人員,或是大型車司機與隨車人員,其 全天噪音暴露量都有偏高的現象,而由噪音引起的聽力損失也頗為嚴重。因此,如何營造一 個較為安靜的工作環境品質,應是當前職業衛生的主要課題之一。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to measure the 24-hour noise exposure, and the hearing loss of big-vehicle drivers and gasoline station employees. Students of college, high school and primary school are chosen for comparison with these two experimental groups. Results revealed that the group of big-vehicle drivers has exposed at the highest noise levels, with Leq(24)=83.2 ± 8.44dB(A) and time percentage of Leq over 85dB(A)=13.7%. The group of student exposed at noise levels of Leq(24) =80.6 ± 4.57dB(A) and time percentage of Leq over 85dB(A)=10.3%. The Leq(24) for gasoline station employees is 78.3 ± 6.03dB(A), which is the least in these three groups. The time percentage of Leq over 85dB(A) is 9.2% for this group. The hearing threshold of both two experimental groups are all over 20dB at the frequencies of 0.25kHz, 0.5kHz, 1kHz and 8kHz, showing the significant hearing loss for the tested people. The student group, however, has normal hearing ability. We also find that the noise exposure levels for all groups in Taiwan is as high as harmful. To prevent the damage from noise is currently a very important issue in our country. |
