| 中文摘要 | 本文主要目的在探討端銑刀底面幾何與加工參數對面粗度的影響。文中所考慮的因子為:切削速度、進給、切削深度、端銑刀底刃凹角與讓角。由規劃實驗之端銑鋁合金AL2014-T6乾切削精加工數據,提出二維面粗度模式。本文結果顯示,面粗度受切削速度、進給、端銑刀底刃凹角、讓角與進給和凹角間之交互影響最顯著。 |
| 英文摘要 | The objective of this study is to ascertain the effect of the cutting parameter and end geometry on surface roughness for the end mill and develop a more thorough understanding of the process variables. The factors considered in the present work are the cutting speed, feed, depth of cut, concavity and axial relief angles in end cutting edge of the end mill. The experimental data from a finish end-milling operation on aluminum 2014-T6 under dry condition is designed to develop a second-order model for surface roughness. The result shown that the surface roughness is significantly affected by the cutting speed, feed, concavity and axial relief angles and the interactions between feed and concavity angle in this investigation. |
