中文摘要 | 本研究以動物試驗,探討基礎組(未添加鈣源),對照組(磷酸二鈣)及二試驗組(鮪魚肋排粉及鮪魚肋骨粉)等不同鈣源之生物利用率情形。對照組及試驗組均添加入鈣源,使飼料中之鈣質含量達試驗動物所需的0.60%。動物採平均約50克重的Spargue-Dawley(S-D)雄鼠,飼育52天,用以了解鮪魚肋骨鈣質之生物利用率。肋排組在動物試驗之各方面表現均佳。其中生長狀況最佳,體重可增加至四倍(p<0.05),飼料效率高達31%(p<0.05),骨強度經組織測定儀三點測試,大腿骨強度可達12.1Kg(p<0.05),大腿骨鈣含量18.43%最高(p<0.05)且腎臟鈣含量最低(p<0.05),無鈣沈積現象。雖然鈣質的消化率較對照組低,但其鈣的吸收量對照組與試驗組間並無顯著差異。血清鈣含量肋排組較對照組佳(p<0.05)。因此動物體對肋排組鈣質的利用性較無機鈣源磷酸二鈣佳。 |
英文摘要 | The bioavailability of different calcium sources was analyzed by comparing the basic diet, dicalcium phosphate, bone and rib from tuna. The emounts of calcium in the diets were adjusted to 0.60%. Four Sprague-Dawley (S-D) male rats (average weight 50g) per group were fed for 52 days in order to study bioavailability. The group fed with rib had the highest growth rate and had four times the weight gain (p<0.05), while feed efficiency reached 31% (p<0.05), femur bone strength (12.1 kg) (p<0.05) and calcium content in femur (18.43%), but residual calcium in kidney was lowest among all experimental groups (p<0.05). However, the differences in calcium absorption were not significant among the groups. The serum calcium content in the rib group was significantly lower than that of the control. Overall, calcium from animal sources (both bone and rib) showed better bioavailability than did inorganic dicalcium phosphate. |
