英文摘要 | Ozone aeration was more effective than only oxygen in the prevention of permeation resistance increase caused by particle accumulation on membrane surface. Under the same quantity of ozone injection, extended contact time was more effective than increasing injection dose rate under constant ozone concentration. In continuous operation, the average permeation flux was 0.69m �� /m �� /d during the period of without ozonation. After intermittent ozone injection for 70 days, the average permeation flux was kept at 1.17m �� /m �� /d, of 1.7 times of that in without ozonation. During the period of ozonation, an increasing rate of MLSS was decreased due to solubility, and the pH value was maintained around 5.3 of favorable acidogenic fermentation range without pH control. Viscosity was decreased by about 10% on the average and E260 decreased about 53% through 70 days of intermittent ozonation. No great inhibition effect was observed for the VFA-forming bacteria by ozone injection for consecutive experimental periods. Consequently, on the carbon recovery process from pre-coagulated raw sludge, the membrane anaerobic bioreactor coupled with intermittent ozonaton is available to overcome flux decline that is generally pointed out as a problem of memebrane processes. |
