中文摘要 | 本研究在國立屏東科技大學農場之遮雨網室內進行。屋頂為透明 PC 浪板,室內 上方及周圍用 70 %遮光網覆蓋,栽培床分別設置噴灌及滴灌系統,並以透明塑膠布區隔。 室內白鶴芋栽植於四種不同的介質,進行生長調查及微氣候觀測。經二年度試驗結果,設施 內的太陽輻射透射率平均為 17.3 %,6 月份中午光度最高可達 40.4 klx。 設施內外絕對 最高溫的溫差最大為± 5 ℃,平均溫差為± 1.5 ℃; 室外最低溫較室內平均低 1.5 ℃。 設施內外濕度無顯著差異。在不同灌溉系統下平均氣溫無顯著差異,濕度以噴灌區稍高。植 栽之葉溫及介質溫度平均以滴灌者較高。白鶴芋生長顯著受不同放置位子,不同灌溉系統及 栽培介質影響。5 月至 11 月為快速生長期,高溫多雨季節易得病害。噴灌處理有利於葉面 積和株高生長;病害較嚴重。滴灌處理有利於低溫、低光照時期生長;病害較不易傳播。滴 灌用水量較少,約為噴灌的 1/3,介質 EC 值較高。 |
英文摘要 | This study was conducted in the farm on the campus of National Pingtung University of Science and Technology. The roof was covered with clear PC panels. The ceiling and walls were shaded with 30% translucent black plastic net. The area was divided by transparent plastic film into 4 sections. Sprinkle and trickle irrigation systems were installed separately in different sections. Spathiphyllum potted in 4 different substrates were grown under the varied environmental conditions. During the two-year period, the average transmissivity was 17.3% inside of the gable house. The highest light intensity was measured at noon in June at 40.4 klx. The absolute highest temperatures in and outside of the gable house were fluctuated in ± 5 ℃,while the average temperature were in ± 1.5 ℃. The lowest temperature measured indoors was averagely 1.5 ℃ lower than the outdoors. There was no significant difference in the air humidity in and outside of the gable house. Between different irrigation systems, there was no significant difference in the average air temperature. The air humidity was slightly higher under the sprinkle system, but the average leaf and substrate temperature were higher in trickle irrigation system. The growth of spathiphyllum were varied in different locations of the gable house, and were influenced by irrigation methods and substrates. The fast growing period was found during May to November. Diseases were more serious in high temperature and raining season. Plants grown under the sprinkle system had greater plant height and leaf area, but worse in disease occurrence rate. In contrast, plants grown under the trickle system had better growth in low temperature and low light intensity period. The trickle system consumed 1/3 of the water used in the sprinkle system, yet under which had higher electrical conductivities in the substrates. |
