英文摘要 | In this paper, we firstly postulate that, under the regime of rate of return regulation, when examining the prices reported, the authorities concerned can maximize NCCs' (New Common Carriers) quantity of output to promote the levels of competition in the domestic mobile telecommunications market. Then, based on the model of Ozawa (1994), a model including the arrangement of interconnection is developed to perform a comparative static analysis. Since the combined program for protecting competition is still not well established for the embryonic liberalized market, the results obtained might provide guidance as to how the market in this initial stage be protected by the government. |
