中文摘要 | 本研究針對Fe Mn Si�萱MFe Mn Si�睜r�ㄗ熇塈峈為O憶合金,經TIG銲接及雷 射銲接後,探討其顯微組織、形狀記憶效應、抗蝕性及銲後熱處理之影響等特性。實驗結果 顯示,雷射銲接之銲道為細樹狀晶結構,TIG銲道則為粗樹狀晶。二種合金經銲接處理後, 銲道形狀回復率變化約在��10%內,顯示銲後仍保有不錯之形狀記憶效應。在2% HCl及2%HNO�� 溶夜的浸泡實驗中,二種合金皆呈現銲後抗蝕性降低之趨勢,且雷射銲接之降幅比TIG銲接 更為顯著,其對HCl之抗蝕能力雖然不佳,但對HNO�陘壯僈k性則相對良好。經銲後熱處理, 銲道樹狀晶結構消失,合金形狀回復率呈小幅下降,但抗蝕性獲得改善,尤其以雷射銲道在 2%HCl中最為顯著。此外,添加Cr對合金形狀記憶效應及抗蝕性之影響,在文中也有探討。 |
英文摘要 | By the treatment of TIG welding and laser welding, the microstructures, shape memory effect, chemical corrosion resistance and heat-treatment effect of the Fe Mn Si�筠nd Fe Mn Si�睜r�ωhape memory alloys have been investigated. Experimental results showed that the microstructure of laser-welded zone is fine dendrite, and that of TiG-welded zone is coarse one. For two alloys after both types of welding treatment, the variation in the shape recovery ratio of the welded zones is within ��10%. It implied that the weld-treated alloys stil exhibit excellent shape memory effect. In the chemical corrosion test by immerging the alloys in 2% HCl and 2% HNO�� solutions, it showed that the corrosion resistance of the welded-zones is degraded as compared with the matrix of the alloys, and the degradation is more obvious for laser-welded zone than that for TIG-welded zone. After the heat treatment at 1100℃ for two hours, the dendrite structures in the welded zones disappear, the shape recovery ratio for two alloys slightly decreases, but the corrosion resistance is improved, especially for laser-welded zone in 2% HCl solution. In addition, the effect of Cr addition on the shape memory effect and corrosion resistance was also discussed in this paper. |
