中文摘要 | CL牆係由歐洲引進之新科技,它是一種發泡陶土顆粒(expanded clay)之輕質骨材 ,再與水泥粗砂混製而成的中空牆板。由於生產CL牆之業者強調這種隔間牆具完全防火、不 易老化、易鑽孔、管路施工容易、隔音、隔熱效果好、膨脹係數小、接合處不會龜裂等優點 。為探討業者所訴求之真實性,遂產生對CL牆進行物理特性、施工便利性、經濟性等.評估 之研究動機。 鑑於此,本研究之內容有四項,分別為:1. 評估 CL 牆之經濟性 (施工時間 、成本 )、便利性、物理特性; 2. 列舉六種傳統之隔間建材與 CL 牆進行特性之比較評估 ; 3. 探討業者 (含施工者 ) 與使用者 (用戶 ) 之間對 CL 牆之特性是否具認知差異;4. 舉實際個案之施工情形,從事施工期及總造價之評估。研究結果指出業者宣稱 CL 牆輕,其 實不然,其單位重為 100kg/m �插A,在七種材質中綺僅比紅磚 (200kg/m ) 輕而已; 防火 時效與 ALC、LGS 石膏板、Vaplex 牆相同,線膨脹係數僅次於 LGS 石膏板為第二佳之建材 ,配管時不需打牆、打孔,表面處理時亦僅需做細批土即可皆為七種建材最佳者。至於業者 與使用者之認知差異分析僅兩項特性 (防火性、裝潢施工性 ) 具認知差異; 其餘如隔熱性 、隔音性等皆無認知差異。在實際個案中以;3000m �揚捫n之施工期,總造價做為比較,CL 牆為 25 工作天及 4,647,200 元; 然而然而 LGS 石膏板隔間為 37 天及 3,625,600 元。 可知 CL 牆之工期確實較短,然而總造價並非如業者所標榜的便宜。 |
英文摘要 | Construction materials for conventional partition wall (such as ALC brick, red brick and LGS limestone plate) have been used for a long time in construction industry. In recent years, the invention of Chieh-Li wall has been a tremendous impact on the conventional partition wall materials. Chieh-Li wall is a hollow wall which is made by mixing light aggregate of foaming clay particles, cement and coarse sand. It can be produced by continuous extrusion technique. It is a partition wall that can b cally pre-produced in massive volume. The height can be produced and tailored according to the height of each building floor. The vertical edge of each wall plate is designed with ridges and grooves for the purpose of wall plate combining and joining. Since the production technology was imported from Europe to Taiwan, manufacturers and sales agents have been broadcasting that the Chieh-Li wall is a total fireproof partition construction wall which can be made in one step and is not subject to aging and ro tting. It is so strong that you can fix nails to hang articles at will. In installation, the wall plates can be moved at ease due to its light aggregate material. It can be cut and drilled easily. It is also handy for piping layout. With the design of grooves and ridges, it is rather convenient to join the plates with precision and smoothness. The thermal expansioncoefficient is so small that cracks will not occur at the joints due to thermal expansion. It is avery ideal partition construction material. The installation method is a dry one that can keepthe installation site clean. The ability for heat isolation and anti-humidification is better than any conventional partition construction material on market. The job for product responsibility is an action of wholeness and continuity (Done, 1996).Safety design of product has been the responsibility or pressure that an engineer must bear with(Main, 1996). In order to investigate the fact that the suppliers are claiming for, the researchis aimed to evaluate the physical properties, safety, installation convenience, and economy ofChieh-Li wall. Therefore, this study will list a variety of conventional partition materials on Airtmarket (such as ALC bick, white brick, red brick, LGS limestone plate, wood fiber plate aniVaplex wall plate) and carry out the comparison among various physical properties (such lcompressive strength, distortion resistance, linear thermal expansion, thermal conductivity segregation capability and fire-proof aging...ect.) ; the comparis on on installation convenienci(such as specific weight, surface treatment, piping working rate, and dimension precision); and the comparison on economy (including installation hours and installation cost) . The acknowledgment variance verification will be conducted by way of effective poll investigation on suppliers and users to study whether there are acknowledgment variances on the features of Chieh-Li wall. In addition, based on a practical case, a further comparison and evaluation of construction period, installation convenience and total construction price will be made. Through the above research methods, consumers can have actual knowledge of Chieh-Li wall. Therefore, they make more effective decisions in selecting partition construction materials, aiwell as verifying the accuracy of the various claims made by the suppliers during marketing andknowing those features that are with acknowledgment variance between suppliers and users. |
