中文摘要 | 添加不同數量(0、7、14、28隻/盒)的臺灣紅蚯蚓(Pheretima asiatica)於施用 苜蓿和稻草的土壤(2kg)中,觀察在孵育期間無機態氮的變化情形,結果顯示,施用苜蓿 和稻草各組的銨態氮含量除了分別在第2和第4週因礦化量較多而增加外,之後直到孵育的 第16週亦皆呈下降的趨勢,而各組的硝酸態氮含量在孵育的第16週期間皆呈現增加的趨勢 。在孵育的第16週,於各組種植小白菜,進行植體硝酸根含量分析,結果顯示植體中的硝 酸根含量隨著蚯蚓添加量增加而增加。此結果說明蚯蚓能經由土壤通氣狀態的改善而促進 硝化作用的進行並使硝酸根累積於土壤及植體中。 |
英文摘要 | The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of earthworm (Pheretima asiatica) on nitrogen mineralization from clover and rice straw in soils. 0, 7, 14, and 28 earthworms were added to 2kg soil which was amended with clover and rice straw, respectively. The ammonium contents in the soils decreased during the incubation except in the 2□ and 4□ week due to higher ammonification in comparison with nitrification. In contrast, the nitrate content in the soils increased during the incubation. Chinese cabbage was planted in each pot after 16□ week of incubation and then the plant leaf nitrate content was measured. The nitrate content in the leaves of plant increased with increasing of the earthworm population. It demonstrated that earthworm could improve the aerobic condition to promote the nitrification rate in soil and accumulation of nitrate in soil and plant. |
