中文摘要 | 本文針對 PAA、Gelrite 及 PAA/Gelirite 三種眼藥輸送系統製備一系列不同濃 度之溶液。 這些溶液由非生理狀態轉變成生理狀態時會產生原位成膠 (In-situ gel formation),因此一旦滴入眼睛穹窿內,可延長藥劑在前角膜的滯流時間及強化其眼的生體 可用率。 本文探討此三種系統之流變行為受濃度、溫度、pH 值及淚水等生理條件之影響。 由流變行為得知 0.3% (W/W) PA A 與 0.6% (W/W) Gelrite 為適的眼藥輸送配方。 本文並 比較 PAA/Gelrite 混合系統與單獨的 PAA、Gelrite 系統在變行為上之差異。 |
英文摘要 | A serles of solutions with vary concentrations of PAA, Gelrite and PAA/Gelrite ophthalmic delivery systems were prepared. These solutions will produce in-situ gel formation when transmitted from non-physiological to physiological condition. These polymer systems once instilled in the cul-de-sac will prolong the precorneal resistance time and increase the ocular bioavailability of drugs. In this study, the effects of concentration, temperature, pH, and tear fluid on the rheological behavior of these systems were investigated. From the results of rheological behavior, it is found that the optimum formulation for the PAA and Gelrite systems was 0.3% (w/w) and 0.6% (w/w), respectively. The difference in rheological behavior of the PAA/Gelrite system was also compared with pure PAA and Gelrite systems. |
