英文摘要 | Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR) have been obtained for CR-39 irradiated by α particles at room temperature. The change induced in band intensities by various exposure times to alpha particles from Am source and radon have been studied by FTIR and solid state nuclear track detectors (SSNTDs) techniques. The radon flux emitted from the surface of the building material (cement and ceramic) was measured. Sharp decrease in some bands between 4000-6000 cm �笐� has taken place after low level of α -particles exposure to CR-39 at distance 0.3cm. |
