中文摘要 | 石灰泥餅係中鋼之副產品。本研究係基於資源利用及蔗田永續經營,探討利用石灰泥阱作為酸性士壤改良劑之可行性。化學分析顯示﹕石灰泥餅含約48%之CaO,1.2%之MgO,0.37%之Fe,及少量之重金屬元素如Mn、Cr、Zn、Cd、Pb、Ni和Cu。石灰泥餅之重金屬淋溶量低。依石灰需要量,在酸性之砂頁岩沖積土施用石灰泥餅可補充Ca和Mg元素,提高土壤pH和CEC,並進而增加甘蔗對養份之吸收。春植與宿根蔗田施用石灰泥餅可增加蔗產量各25%,糖產量各25%。土壤分析顯示,施用石灰泥餅並不會增加土壤中重金屬之總量濃度與有效性量濃度及破壞土壤品質。甘蔗植體分析顯示,施用石灰泥阱並不會影響甘蔗與蔗糖品質。以一春一宿計算,施用一公噸之石灰泥阱可增加收入新台幣3,422元。石灰泥阱可作為酸性土壤改良劑。 |
英文摘要 | Lime cake is a by-product from China Steel Co. To maximize the use of resources, and to develop the sustainable management for sugarcane farms, utilization of lim6 cake on the sugarcane land as an acidic soil conditioner was studied. Chemical analysis showed that the lime cake contained 48% of CaO, 1.2% of MgO, 0.37% of Fe, and minor amounts of heavy metals such as Mn, Cr, Zn, Cd, Pb, Ni, and Cu. The leaching quantities of heavy metals from the lime cake were low. Application of a certain amount of the lime cake determined by the method of lime requirement to the acidic sandstone-shale alluvial soil could raise the soil pH and increase the cation exchange capacity, which led to an increase in nutrient uptake by the sugarcane. Accordingly, the cane yield and sugar yield for the spring-planted cane were all increased by 25%, and both yields of the ratoon cane were also all increased by 25%, compared with the check. Soil analysis showed that the lime cake amendment did not significantly increase the total and available quantities of soil heavy metals nor cause toxicity in soils. The analysis of sugarcane tissue indicated that no deterioration occurred in sugarcane and sugar quantity when the lime cake was applied. The income was increased by 3,422 NT$ by the application of one ton of the lime cake to the field-cropped one spring-planted cane and one ratoon-cane. |
