中文摘要 | 本論文提出新的雙目標規劃來描述饋線重組問題,將線路損失及切換次數同時視 為最佳化的對象,並發展一套交談式最佳滿足法予以求解,此法能夠針對系統決策人員的不 同需求,迅速的求出低損失且高品質的最佳饋線架構,以提供決策人員參考。同時在決策過 程中亦輔以量化的數據使決策人員能更有效的進行求解過程。此外,在本文中對於各種實際 的負載限制及操作條件亦一並予以考慮,以符合實際系統的需求。最後,針對一個實際系統 進行模擬測試分析,結果顯示本論文的確能夠針對系統決策人員的要求,提供最佳的系統架 構,以同時滿足降低線路損失及提高供電品質之要求。 |
英文摘要 | An interactive best-compromise approach together with a new formulation for the biobjective network reconfiguration on distribution system is presented. It can provide a flexible best-compromise solution as dictated by decision makers of electric utility companies. Quantitative measures can also be supplied to aid the decision-making process. The objectives include both concerns of line loss reduction and minimum number of switching operations. Also, the load and operating constraints of teh system are considered for increased realism. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, comparative studies are conducted on an actual system with rather encouraging results. |
