中文摘要 | 中藥藥材的療效已被證實與其含有之微量元素有著極為密切的關係,然由於國內對於成藥中藥內所含之重金屬含量,至今仍未建立科學化的管制規範。因此,為順應中藥科學化的必然趨勢,藥材成份的檢驗及品質規格的制定,必成為藥政管理的重要課題。本計畫乃針對國內現有常用之中藥(材)中的重金屬濃度進行分析研究。並就有關成藥(材)的檢驗方法,藥材中微量元素的含量調查,及藥物的生物效應等進行探討,期能以所得結果提供中藥(材)規格制訂的參考。本計畫第一年將先就成藥(材)中重金屬(銅、汞、鎘、鉛、砷、鈷及錳)的分析方法進行探討,尋求樣品的前處理及儀器偵測的最適化條件。而本單位所進行分析研究的中藥(材)為科學成藥部份,由於科學成藥之成份相當複雜,因此,研究方法將針對礦物性、植物性以及動物性之標準參考樣品,進行樣品的前處理及儀器偵測之最適化條件探討,從標準參考樣品及真實中藥樣品分析的結果可知,本研究所建立的分析方法應可實際運用於日後的中藥(材)分析研究。 |
英文摘要 | Traditional Chinese medicine has long been used by people since antiquity for the prevention and treatment of illness. Although modern researches on natural drugs preparation, identification, physiochemical evaluation and pharmacological activities have been made. Little knowledge is available about the role of trace elements in the medicine. It is the purpose of this study to establish methods for sensitive and reliable determination of trace elements (As, Hg, Cd, Pb, Cu, Co and Mn) in the natural drugs, to statistically evaluate the concentration levels of various trace elements in certain specific medicines, and also to provide valuable information in toxicological evaluation of trace elements in the medicine The present project emphasizes on the aspect of the commercially-available medicine. The main topics to be conducted include methodological development of analytical methods for the medicine. Owing to the matrices of tested samples are very complicated, including animal, botanical and mineral natural drugs, the experimental conditions should be optimized based on the physical and chemical properties. The microwave digestion methods which posses efficient, low reagent consumption and rapid procedure were developed for sample preparation. To achieve the measurement of extremely low concentrations of desired elements in the raw materials, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometric method was used in this study. From the analytical results of certified reference materials, the proposed methods are feasible for the determination of trace Cu, Cd, Pb, Co and Mn in selected natural druges. |
