中文摘要 | 本研究在旨在透過實驗研究方法,探討高工板金科學生技術能力發展之歷程與成 效,並試圖瞭解學生的各項在校學習成就、人格特質傾向及學習倦怠與技術能力之學習成就 與發展之關係。依研究實驗及評量獲得下列結論:(1)板金能技學習會隨著練習次數增加而 先呈快速進步再趨緩和至高原現象;(2)學生在技能學習中具缺乏學習成就感之傾向;(3) 學生專業學科成績對技能學習發展成效具有相關及預測能力。 |
英文摘要 | This study attempted to explore the development of skill capability of students from the sheet metal section of vocational high schools, and to understand how their personal characteristics, learning fatigue and learning achievements affected the development of skill capability. Results showed that:(1)With an increase in practice frequency, students were able to make stable progress in the learning of sheet metal job skills and the learning eventually reached a plateau phenomenon;(2)Among all elements of learning fatigue measured in skill learning for the students, "the sense of a lack of learning achievement" was rated the highest;(3)Academic grade was correlated with skill learning and development. |
