中文摘要 | 夜來香種球分級機是為夜來香種球分級而研製,此機採用振動下料且種球外形呈 三角錐狀且又具彎曲形,會造成種球長軸方向在兩梯軸之間有橫向下移的情形,此時可藉旋 轉梯軸給於種球旋轉力距,使種球長軸方向能落於兩梯軸間,避免分級上誤差。 本文主要是 對種球在分級過程中做一力學分析, 從梯軸與種球接觸點位置,動摩擦係數(μ)及作用在 種球扭距著手, 探討如何提升做用在種球上力距,期能給於改良夜來香種球分級機設計上參 考。 |
英文摘要 | From the ansiysis of the paper, We can obtain following suggestions as consideration for the design of modified tuberose bulb grader:(1)In the process of simulation, We know that the maximun moment on the bulb is approximately ten times of the mininum under different dynamic frictional coefficient of the stair-shaft. As a result, We can make fundemental experiment to catch the best dynamic frictional coefficient in order to lift the grader efficiency. (2)Under the condition that is a constant, on the relative position we can add some convex point on the surface of the stair-shaft to lift grader efficiency. |
