中文摘要 | 本文建構一線性軸幅路網模式,整合區位選擇、路線規劃及排班設計等三層面問題,並依問題特性分為排班最佳化與路網最佳化。其中,排班最佳化係分別建立獨立排班、共同班距及整數班距三種策略之模式,並利用數學解析法求解;路網最佳化則將其模化為0-1整數規劃模式,並利用遺傳演算法進行求解。本文以台汽公司14條高公路路線為簡例測試(僅探討共同班距策略),結果顯示將其中12條路線改為接駁後,每日總成本(含業者營運成本及乘客候車、轉車與接駁之懲罰成本)約可降低40萬元,顯示本文建構之模式具應用價值。 |
英文摘要 | This paper attempts to develp an integrated optimization model that incorporates three stage problems of locationing, routing, and scheduling for freeway bus operation. The model is constructed in a linear hub-spoke environment and is decomposed into two parts: scheduling optimization and network optimization. The former problem deals with scheduling issue via a mathematical programming formulation and solved by an analytic technique. The latter one deals with location and routing issues through an integer programming formulation and solved by a genetic algorithm. In order to demonstrate the applicability of this integrated model, fourteen intercity freeway bus routes currently operated by the Taiwan Motor Transport Company are selected as the testing example. The results show that daily total costs, including operating costs and passenger waiting as well as penalty cost due to transfer and feeder, can be reduced at about 400 thousands NT provided that twelve direct routes are redesigned as a feeder system. |
