中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的是以不同蛋白質-酚樹脂配比之膠合劑應用於三層合板製造,並考慮合板膠合劑黏度與作業適性等基本性質,進一步探討最佳蛋白質-酚樹脂配比之膠合劑與布膠量於工廠試驗。試驗結果得知,合板熱壓溫度200℃,大豆蛋白質/雞羽毛蛋白質/酚樹脂膠合劑(SFPF)配比為35/35/30,其膠合剪力強度分符合CNS-1349(TypeⅠ)之合格標準;而在布膠量方面,布膠量達150g/m2可符合CNS-1349((TypeⅠ)之合格標準。 蛋白質-酚樹脂膠合劑(60/40)之成本較PF膠低廉(約50%)且可達到PF膠之強度性質之標準。雖然蛋白質-酚樹脂膠合劑(60/40)較尿素膠稍貴(約40%)卻無游離甲醛問題,為一種環保型膠合劑。 |
英文摘要 | Objectives of this phase 3 study of the protein-based phenolic wood adhesives used in making plywood and to conoduct a plywood mill trial with the soy/feather/PF adhesive resin. The soy/feather/PF resin consisted of 35 w% each by weight of soy flour and feather hydrolyzate and 30 w% PF. Results indicated that laboratory 3-ply plywood panels with a spreading rate of 150 g/m2 and pressed at 200 oC met the CNS-1349 (TypeⅠ) requirements. For the mill trial, 5-ply plywood panels bonded with the soy (30%)/feather (30%)/PF (40%) resin at 200 g/m2 spreading rate and pressed at 160 oC also met the CNS-1349 (TypeⅠ) requirements. Protein-based phenolic adhesives manufacturing cost of the plrotein-based adhesive formulated at the composition of 30% soy, 30% feather and 40% PF is about 50% lower and 40% higher than PF and urea-formaldehyde (UF) resins, respectively. Protein-based phenolic adhesive resins are considered “green” products because they contain high percentage of renewable and recycled raw materials and composite wood products bonded with these resins are not emit free formaldehyde. |
