英文摘要 | Pyrethroids may contain 2 to 16 stereoisomers, in which only one has high biological activity anainst insects. Modern technology has allowed the preparation of the single enantiomer as an active ingredient in the agrochemicals. This results in the importance of analytical techniques which can separate diastereomers and/or enantiomers. The technique employs gas chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), in which the column stationary phase is chiral. This research involves organic synthesis of two optically active compounds and the connection of each compound with silica gel by covalent bond or ionic bond. The treated silica gel then was packed into HPLC column through special packing equipment. The resulting column then was used to separate the stereoisomers of allethrin and cypermethrin, respectively. Cypermethrin, with 8 possible isomers, could be separated into 7 groups of compound. Allethrin was separated into 4 groups only. The related organic synthesis and the analysis are discussed. |
