中文摘要 | 在相間轉移催化反應中,觸媒中間體之分佈與質傳扮演重要角色,活性中間體具 較高的分佈比率與較快質傳速率可增進兩相系統的總反應速率。本文在探討相間轉移觸媒中 間體之分佈與質傳行為,於批式槽中進行溫度、不同中間體、溶劑對水體積比率、中間體濃 度與添加鹽類等對分佈係數之效應,同時量測中間體在兩相間之質傳速率。實驗結果顯示分 佈係數隨溫度與濃度之增加而增加並獲得其與濃度之關係式,同時提出數學模式來描述系統 及估計中間體之總質傳係數( Kqya )。 |
英文摘要 | Distribution and mass transfer of phase transfer catalytic intermediate play an important role in phase transfer catalysis. Higher distribution ratio and fast mass transfer rate of active intermediate enhance the overall reaction rate in two-phase system. The behaviors of mass transfer and distribution of phase transfer catalytic intermediate in two-phase system were investigated in the present study. The effects of temperature, solvent, concentration of intermediate, and amounts of salts added on distribution were carried out in a batch vessel. The distribution constants increase with increasing initial concentration and temperature and were correlated as a function of equilibrium organic concentration. Overall mass transfer coefficients (Kqya) of catalytic intermediates from organic to aqueous phase for various agitating speeds and temperatures were obtained. A mathematical model concerning mass transfer in a single droplet was also developed to describe the dispersed phase system successfully. |
