| 中文摘要 | 土壤中鉀的固定作用常為使土壤鉀有效性和鉀肥利用率降低的重要因子。鉀肥施 入土壤後,將導致土壤中不同型態鉀之消長,繼而影響土壤中鉀有效性的變化,且該變化與 土壤本身的鉀供應特性可能有關。本文的目的在於(1)探討鉀肥的添加對三種鉀固定能力 不同之土壤的鉀型態和鉀有效性的影響,及(2)評估不同鉀固定能力之土壤鉀肥施用效應。 選用三種不同鉀固定能力的大肚山,中寮和善化土壤,分別添加四種不同量的鉀(0,50,150 and 250 mg/kg),於25℃下培育15、30及60天,嗣測定各處理土壤之溶液鉀,交換性鉀,非 交換性鉀的濃度。另設盆栽試驗栽種甘藍。藉由各處理之甘藍的生育情形以及鉀吸收量與溶 液鉀,交換性鉀和非交換性鉀之相關,以瞭解鉀肥的施用效應並評估不同型態鉀對甘藍鉀吸 收之相對貢獻。試驗結果顯示,鉀固定能力較低的大肚山及中寮土壤在鉀肥施用後較鉀固定 能力強之善化土壤能提供更多的速效性鉀,而後者則固持較多量的鉀。由盆栽試驗結果亦顯 示土壤中溶液鉀,交換性鉀和非交換性鉀的含量,與甘藍鉀吸收量間均具有顯著的相關,其 中雖以速效性的溶液鉀和交換性鉀的貢獻較大,但土壤中非交換性鉀的貢獻亦不容忽視之。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to investigate (1) the effects of potassium (K) addition on the forms and the availabilities of K, and (2) the efficiencies of K fertilization in three Taiwan soils. K was added at four rates(0,50,150 and 250 mg/kg) into three soils with different levels of K fixation capacity (Da-Du Shan, Chung-Liao, and Shen-Wha soil), followed by incubation at 25℃. After 15, 30 and 60 days the concentrations of solutionexchangeable- and nonexchangeable K in the soils were determined. In addition, a pot experiment was conducted to investigate the efficiencies of K fertilization, evaluated based on the growth and the K absorption of cabbage with the changes of solution-, exchangeable- and nonexchangeable K. Results showed that Da-Du Shan and Chung-Liao soils with lower K fixation capacity resulted in greater release of readily available K than did Shen- Wha soil. The results of the pot experiment clearly showed that there was a significant relationship between the contents of solution K, or exchangeable K, or nonexchangeable K in the soil and the amount of K absorbed by cabbage. This indicated that nonexchangeable K did play an important role in determining the K arailabilities in the soils and the uptake of K by cabbage although the contributions of solution K and exchangeable K were higher. |
