| 中文摘要 | 鋁合金輪圈近年來使用量不斷提昇,已經逐漸取代鋼圈,成為汽車主流,輪圈製 造業者在製造過程中,必須將鋁錠重溶,然後再進行共晶Si調質、除氣除渣、澆鑄、T6熱 處理、塗裝與塗料烘烤等製程。其中調質可以改變共晶Si形態,但會增加鑄件之孔隙度, 除氣則可減少孔隙度,並有除渣之功能;澆鑄參數與鋁湯在鑄模內之流動性及固化組織有關, T6熱處理與塗料烘烤則可提高輪圈之機械性質。然而在這繁複製程中,任一製程控制不當 皆可能影響輪圈之最終品質。 |
| 英文摘要 | The utilization of aluminum alloy wheel is continuously increasing in the recent years. It has gradually replaced the steel wheel and become more and more popular in the automobile market. During the manufacturing process, the ingots are remolten then followed by modification of eutecic Si, degassing, inclusion removing, casting, T6 heat treatment, coating and baking in the foundry. The modification will change the morphology of eutecic Si, whereas, it would result in the unexpected porosity. So sufficient degassing is needed in order to improve the soundness of the casting. In addition, inclusion can also be removed during degassing. Once the melts are well treated, the casting parameters, which are related to the feeding characteristics of melts and solidification structure, must be carefully controlled. Finally the mechanical properties of casting are improved after the T6 heat treatment and subsequent baking, however, it will be lowered if any of the processes is incorrectly proceeded during the complex processes. |
