| 中文摘要 | 本研究計畫目的在探討四種中藥材與四種賦形劑之配伍。首 先以適當方法將此四種中藥材抽提得浸膏,然後分別與各賦形劑混 合(1:1),並以低溫法乾燥得16種檢品。將此16種檢品置多種貯存 條件下,於設定時間取出以HPLC分析各檢品之指標成份含量以瞭解 它們之衰減情況,並與空白參考品(不含賦形劑)作比較以瞭解它們 與賦形劑之配伍性。以示差掃描熱分析儀(DSC)評估此四種指標成份 與賦形劑之配伍性。 實驗結果顯示,附子之指標成分本身並不安定,Corn Starch是 較佳之賦形劑。細辛的加速試驗結果與DSC所顯示結果具有相關性, 賦形劑中以Avicel PH101 較佳、空白組的結果比加賦形劑的四組 要安定,高濕度並未對Methyleugenol的保存有不利之影響。賦形 劑具有穩定杏仁之Amygdaline 的作用,DSC圖譜中並未明顯示出交 互作用。對桂枝之Cinnamic acid,以Corn Starch 為最佳賦形劑, 低濕度保存較佳,在高濕度下Cinnamic acid安定性雖不受DCP, Avicel PH101影響,但結塊情形嚴重。 一般均認為賦形劑為惰性,安定的物質,本實驗結果發現賦 形劑對四種中藥抽提物之效應是難於預測的,故在推動中藥製劑科 學化時,對賦形劑的選擇應給予更多的注意。 |
| 英文摘要 | The aim of this study is to investigate the possible effects of four excipients on the stability of the extracts of four Chinese herbal medicines (Aconitium chinese, Astrum hetertropobies, Prunus persica, Cinnamomun cassia). The samples were prepared by mixing equal amount of the extracts with respective excipients and subsequently dried at low temperature. Then stored at various conditions. Just before and during storage, the contents of the indicative components of the extracts, that is aconitine, methyleugenal, amygdaline and cinnamic acid, were analysed by HPLC at predetermined periods. Compatibility results could be obtained by comparison between the contents of the indicative components in the mixtures and in the extracts. Also, a differential scanning calorimetry was employed to predict the compatibility between the indicative compounds and the excipients. The results of storage effects show that aconitine is not stable on itself; corn starch is the most suitable excipient for Aconitium chinese extract. The stability results of Astrum heterotrophobies mixtures could be reflected by the DSC results and Avicel pH102 is a better choice of excipient. For Prunus persica, the excipients would stabilized amygdaline, the indicative component, which was shown to be compatible with the four excipients by DSC results. Corn starch seems to be the better excipient for Cinnamonium cassia extract. In general, high temperature and relative humidity could have a negative effect on the stability of the chinese herbal extracts. Excipients are generally regarded as inert and stable substances, however, the compatibility between the excipients and the Chinese herbal extracts may not always be predictable from the DSC results. |
