中文摘要 | 麻杏石甘湯係出自漢朝張仲景所著的【傷寒論】之方劑,用於解熱;平 喘;鎮咳,本研究為探討麻杏石甘湯及其各減方(麻杏石甘湯麻杏石甘湯減 麻黃麻杏石甘湯減杏仁麻杏石甘湯減石膏麻杏石甘湯減甘草)對氣喘之 影響及各藥在本方所扮演的角色,以Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus激發 天竺鼠氣喘動物模式,利用身體體積量法,氣管肺泡沖洗液分析與肺部病理 組織來進行其對呼吸道阻力、發炎細胞與肺部組織的影響。 由實驗結果獲得以下的結果; 一、麻杏石甘湯及其各減方皆能明顯降低立即性反應期呼吸道阻力,其中以麻 杏石甘湯效果最佳,麻杏石甘湯減麻黃效果最弱。 二、麻杏石甘湯及其各減方皆能明顯降低立即性反應期肺泡內多形核白血球之 比率,其中亦以麻杏石甘湯效果最佳,麻杏石甘湯減麻黃效果最弱。 三、麻杏石甘湯及其各減方對遲發性反應期之嗜酸性白血球比率無影響。 四、麻杏石甘湯及其各減方皆能減少支氣管組織多形核白血球之浸潤。 五、減少麻黃或甘草之配伍,對降低呼吸道阻力影響明顯,其中以減少麻黃最 明顯,缺少麻黃或杳仁之配伍對降低序形核白血球比率影響明顯,其中亦 以缺少麻黃為顯著。 從以上結果得知,麻杏石甘湯及其減方皆能降低立即性反應期呼吸道阻力與 多形核白血球之比率,麻黃與甘草在本方中扮演重要地位,尤以麻黃平喘及 減少發炎之功能最為重要。 |
英文摘要 | In this research, we use Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus as a allergen to sensitize Guinea pigs to eartablish asthmatic animal model, and we evaluate the change of respiratory resistance and inflammatory cell infiltration of respiratory tract of sensitized Guinea pigs before and after modifying Ma-Xing-Shi-Gan tang (MXSG) treatment by bodyplethysmo-graphy bronchoal veolar lavage and bronchial pathology to understand the effect of modifying MXSG on respiratory resistance and inflammation of respiratory tract in asthmatic Guinea pigs. According to the experimental data, we got the results as follow: (一)MXSG and its minus formula all can decrease significantly respiratory resistance in early phase in experimental Guinea pigs. The effect of MXSG was the best and XSG(MXSG minus Ephedra) was the weakest. (二)MXSG and its minus formula all can obviously reduce the percentage of neutrophil of bronchoalveolar lavage in early phase in experimental Guinea pigs. MXSG owned the strongest effect and XSG was the weakest still. (三)MXSG and its minus formula had no effect on eosinophil in experimental Guinea pigs. (四)MXSG and its minus formula all can decrease the neutrophil infiltration in the bronchial area during early phase in experimental Guinea pigs. (五)There was obvious influence in decreasing respiratory resistance if Ephedra or Glycyrrhiza was removed from the MXSG, and there was obvious influence in reducing the percentage of neutrophil if Ephedra or Prunus was removed from the MXSG, Ephedra had the strongest effect on respiratory resistance and neutrophil infiltration. In conclusion, MXSG and its minus formula all can decrease the respiratory resistance and percentage of neutrophil in early phase in experimental Guinea pigs, Ephedra and Glycyrrhiza played important role in MXSG, Ephedra was most important due to its ability of relaxing respiratory muscle and decreasing inflammation. |
