中文摘要 | 傳統彈筒減壁引伸製程的開發過程中,製程規劃與預成形設計,往往都是憑老師傅的經驗,以試誤法,不斷的開模、試模、修模來完成,此不但造成時間及人力的浪費,且無法有系統的了解材料性質與製程條件的變化關係,因此不僅降低工件品質,且對製程條件的控制,更無法確定是否合理。 因而,本文應用有限元素法軟體輔助減壁引伸製程之設計,設計的目標在降低目前五個工程數的預成形設計,方法則是在不影響工件品質,且不使模具產生過高的應力下,減少為四工程,然後再減少為三工程。為了確保工件不發生裂紋,進而須與工件產生裂紋時之破壞常數相比較,以達到最終尺寸之要求。並歸納出影響製程之設計參數,如模具角度、摩擦係數、壁厚減縮率。 本文的製程參數分析及電腦模擬結果,可提供設計者很好的設計概念,進而以最佳化之製程設計,達到縮減工時、降低成本及提高工件品質的要求。 |
英文摘要 | In the past, the design of cartridge ironing process mainly depended on the experience of skilled technicians who had no alternative but to accomplish the job by trial and error. By this way, a conisderable amount of material and time is consumed, and the effects of the process parameters, such as material properties and die angle, on the formability of cartridge ironing can not be determined systematically. In the present study, the finite element method was employed to investigate the cartridge ironing process. The optimum process paramters were determined first, and the results were then applied to modify the current ironing process of five operations to four operations, or even three operations. In order to obtain a crack free product, a fracture criterion was also established with the use of concept of damage factor. The results of the present study could be of much help to the die designers. |
