中文摘要 | 由於彈性製造系統本身的複雜性與投資成本的龐大,對產業未來之營運 及生產型態可能造成重大影響,故在引進前必須慎重評估。本文對既有之評估模 式加以研究探討,建議採用策略、作業及整合三個階段進行評估:首先對引進彈 性製造系統在策略上之要通性進行分析,其次對於供應商所提之建議方案進行篩 選,最後對彈性製造系統之主要特性「彈性」等相關因素及成本作較詳細之評估, 以獲得最佳彈性製造系統之建議方案。於各階段之評估過程中,吾人建議分別使 用關係矩陣、層級分析法(AHP)及理想差距排序法(TOPSIS)等技術。同時,為凝 聚專家之智慧與經驗,德爾菲法應適當加以運用。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the complexity and large investment of a flexible manufacturing system, it may causebig influence on the operation and production style of a manufacturing company and hence it isnecessary to evaluate the introduction of a flexible manufacturing system very carefully. In thispaper, we review the existing models in the literature and suggest a stepwise mode] in proceedingthe evaluation: at first, to analyze the suitability of the introduction of FMS strategically, thenscreen the proposals presented by the suppliers for a specific type of FMS requested by the company, at last, to evaluate some of the main performance characteristics, such as flexibility and quality, and the related costs in more detail and obtain the optimal proposal. The techniques of relationship matrix, analytic hierachy process(AHP) and the technique for order preference similarity toideal solution(TOPSIS) are suggested for the three steps of evalulion respectively. Delphi methodis also suggested for gathering the knowledge and experience of experts. |
