中文摘要 | 為了解淹水逆境對水庫濱水帶植物之影響,本研究以明潭水庫濱水帶優勢樹種牛 乳樹、垂柳及水柳為植物材料,探討間歇式淹水逆境對其葉片光合成氣體交換反應及生長之 影響。 試驗結果,在淹水六小時處理後,垂柳及牛乳樹之葉片淨光合成率減少約 20%,水 柳減少約 30%;淹水十四小時處理後,垂柳及水柳減少約 40%,而牛乳樹之淨光合成率則降 至零。結果顯示水柳及垂柳較牛乳樹耐淹水處理。另由試驗過程顯示,淹水對其淨光合成率 影響之原因,初期主要受氣孔反應下降之影響,淹水時間越長則受非氣孔因子影響漸增。就 植物生長受抑制之情形而言。三種植物均頂芽優勢減少、根系長量降低、株高及地徑長量下 降,但比葉重則淹水處理組大於對照組。 |
英文摘要 | Three dominant tree seedlings that grown on the riparian zone of Ming- Tan Reservoir in central Taiwan, were collected and cultivated for studying their growth and photosynthesis responses under flooding stress. Under intermittent flooding treatment, the net photosynthetic rates and the leaf conductance of all three trees were getting lower as following flooding period. The net photosynthetic rates of the Milk Tree and Weeping Willow decreased about 20% and Water willow's was 30% after 6-hours of flooding per day. The decreases of Weeping Willow and Water Willow were similar at 40% after 14-hours of flooding per day. The net photosynthetic rate of the Milk Tree fell to zero after 35 days of flooding (14-hours per day). This implied that the Milk Tree was more sensiblet to flooding stress. In the beginning of flooding stress, leaf photosynthesis was inhibited mainly by stomatal conductance. However, after longer time passed photosynthesis inhibited by non-stomatal factors become more obvious. After the intermittent flooding stress, the apical dominance of all three species decreased. The growth of shoot and root were also decreased, but the specific-leaf-weight were greater than the leaf of normal individuals. |
