中文摘要 | 在渦卷轉子機構發展過程中,最主要問題是渦卷輪廓曲線設計。為合成新渦卷輪 廓曲線,提高其嚙合效率,本研究利用微分幾何之數學方法,推導其共軛包絡線方程式,並 由此發展出一套電腦程式,能自動繪製渦卷輪廓曲線,接著利用PD/PM軟體來建構模擬模 型,模擬加工產生刀具路徑,經由後處理程序產生NC程式,最後使用綜合加工中心機完成 新渦卷轉子機構實體模型。 |
英文摘要 | The scroll configuration plays a very important role in the design of scroll rotor mechanisms. Better performance of scroll rotor mechanisms may be predicted based on meshing condition. The purpose of this paper is to drive the envelop equation of the scroll rotor mechanisms utilizing the geometric differential foumulation, an organized computer software can be developed to describe the contours of scroll rotor automatically. This program is able to design the geometric shape of scroll rotors, and construct the desired solid models. The tool path can be generated by using a general computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacture software, and the NC code can also be generated by using CAM postprocessor program. According to these NC code, a prototype of scroll rotor mechanisms can be manufactured by machining center. |
