中文摘要 | 本文主要針對落花生收穫機傳動主軸之軸承保持器受力狀況、應力變化及保持器破壞原因進行分析。本研究是利用ANSYS WORKBENCH有限元素分析軟體,進行傳動軸之軸承保持器應力分析。分析結果發現,由於傳動軸之皮帶上鎖過緊,造成傳動軸本身偏擺位移及軸承在過重負荷作用下加速磨損使軸承保持器發生疲勞破壞。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is pointed to the load, stress and fracture of the peanut harvester's pulley axle. By using the ANSYS WORKBENCH finite element analysis software, to analysis the stress variation of the pulley axle and the bearing retainer. According to the analysis results, it can be found that the bearing retainer was fracture by fatigue fracture. Due to the incorrect operation, the v-belt was locked too tight, and this induced the transmission shaft to deflect. When the transmission shaft was deflected, the bearing would be operated under the unmoral condition. And the bearing retainer would be direct contact with the inner race of the bearing. This phenomena would be accelerated the fatigue fracture of the bearing retainer. |
