中文摘要 | 本研究在測試拮抗性木黴菌菌株在人工培養基上的營養需求,並評估作為量產木 黴菌胞子的培養特性基質種類,作為未來實驗應用於生物製劑研發之所需。自本省百合主要 栽培產區之土壤分離所得到之 Trichoderma FT-002 及 FT-010 分離株,經以玻璃紙抗生法 測定發現對 Botrytis spp.、 Pythium aphanidermatum 及 Sclerotium rolfsii 等植物病 原真菌之生長具有明顯的拮抗作用。在不同碳素源及氮素源的培養基中,Trichoderma FT-002 及 FT-010 分離株之菌絲生長並無明顯差異;在分生胞子的產量方面,蔗糖、葡萄 糖及半乳糖的添加對促進木黴菌分生胞子產量的效果最為明顯;而甘胺酸、尿素及硝酸鉀的 添加,則對 FT-010 分離株分生胞子的產量有極為顯著的效果。比較 7 種不同穀物基質對 木黴菌 FT-010 分離株產生分生胞子的影響,發現在糙米及燕麥的產胞量最多;至於在穀物 培養基質上產胞的最適溫度則為 24 ℃。之研究 |
英文摘要 | Trichoderma FT-001 and FT-010 isolates obtained from a lily field in Taiwan were individually assayed against pathogenic fungi by in vitro antibiosis assay. FT-010 siolate was shown to be strongly antagonistic to the growth of Botrytis spp., Pythium aphanidermatum and Sclerotium rolfsii. For mycelial growth, the addition of carbon and nitrogen source wre no stimulated effect on both antagonistic Trichoderma isolates. However, when the medium was amended with sucrose, glucose and galactose as the carbon source, and glycine, urea, postassium nitrate as the nitrogen source, the amount of conidia of FT-010 isolate were significantly induced. Among seven kernels tested in this study, oat and rice were the best cultural substrates for sporulation of FT-010 isolate. The optimum temperature for sporulation of FT-010 isolate was 24 ℃. |
