| 英文摘要 | In the face of rising energy cost and demand for high productivity, an efficient attenuator was developed. It was evaluated and compared to other existing attenuators used in spunbonded web making operation. The results showed that the new attenuator generates the highest static drag force and it consumed only half of air volume needed to operate the larger existing attenuators, to which it was compared over a practical range of air pressure. Furthermore, the attenuator achieved the best denier reduction in a spinning test except for the case when a high number of filament was used. Evaluation was also extended to cover the features required for the production operation, such as string-ups, web uniformity and FILAMENT STABILITY. It was concluded that the new attenuator is indeed a better attenuator for the PET spunbonded fabric production. |
