中文摘要 | 本研究是以八十六年十二月十九日 1997 年中華汽車盃國際體操邀請賽中,以一 部 60Hz 攝影機記錄所有選手賽前的單槓練習, 經實際記錄取得烏克蘭選手索蘇亞羅馬( Zozuiya Roman )所表現三次的團身後空翻二周抓槓動作為本研究對象,在運用二度空間動 作分析系統、七個肢段人體模型,探討後空翻二周騰越再握槓動作,茲將本研究所得結論條 列如下: 一、三次表現在離槓瞬間平均身體重心角動量為 -56.89kg . m �� /s,三次表現在離槓瞬 間平均身體重心的離槓位置為 306.73 °; 在離槓瞬間身體重心的平均水平速度為 -1.216m/s;在離槓瞬間身體重心的平均垂直速度依序為 2.895m/s;在騰空階段身體重心的 平均空中飛行時間為 0.83sec;在騰空階段身體重心的平均飛行最高高度為 3.69m。 二、在騰空階段空翻旋轉的角速度曲線有三次明顯的波峰呈現,在離槓後平均 0.12 秒時有 第一波峰的出現, 在離槓後平均 0.4 秒時有第二波峰的出現,相對的平均空翻旋轉周數為 1.25 周, 在離槓後平均 0.64 秒時有第三波峰的出現, 相對的平均空翻旋轉周數為 1.63 周。 三、第一次的表現在離槓後 0.517 秒時有最大的髖角, 而第二次表現與第三次表現一樣在 離槓後 0.533 秒才有最大的髖角出現。 這顯示第一次表現最快完成空翻的旋轉動作,也最 早準備抓槓。 四、經本實驗觀察所得該選手在騰空階段並沒有利用髖角的減小來增加空翻旋轉的速度,髖 角是在離槓後約空翻旋轉一周後即迅速的伸展開來,與過去其他學者針對不同選手在同一動 作的表現有所不同,這亦顯示本實驗之選手對該動作有相當熟練與完美的表現。 |
英文摘要 | The subject was Zozuiya Roman filmed during participating in the 1997 China Motor International Gymnastic Invitation Competition. In this study, a two dimension analyzing system was realized by using a camera. In order to calculate the kinetic variables, gymnastics are represented as linked rigid bodies (segmental method). Three performances performed the tucked backward double somersault over bar to regrasped. The result was as the follows: 1.The mean horizontal velocity of the mass center away from the bar was 1.216 m/s. The mean vertical velocity of the mass center away from the bar was 2.895 m/s. The mean angular momentum of the mass center away from the bar was -56.89kg . m �� /s. The mean position of the mass center away from the bar was 306.79 ° . 2.The three performances somersault angular velocity all formed three peaks in the flight phase, and the first one was shown at mean 0.12 seconds after releasing the bar; the second one appeared at the mean 0.4 seconds after take-off, and its was 1.25 somersault; the third one was shown at mean 0.64 seconds after releasing the bar, and its was 1.63 somersault. 3.The first performance's largest hip was produced at 0.517 seconds after release. The same situation occurred with the second and the third performance, it was also appeared at 0.533 seconds after take-off. The first performance took less time to finish the somersault than second and third performance, and also had longer flight time to regrasp. 4.In this study, the subject didn't use decreased hip angle to increase the angular velocity, the trunk's angular velocity was equal to the somersault's angular velocity. Hip angle began to increase after take-off. |
