中文摘要 | 網際網路的功能愈來愈廣,其應用在國內已逐漸普及,然而有關其實際應用的調查研究仍然有限。因此,對臺北地區出版業進行其網際網路採用決策與應用之研究。其目的在於(1)找出影響出版業採用網際網路之決策因素。(2)歸納出目前出版業在網際網路之應用情形,以供其他企業在採用網際網路上的參考。本研究結果顯示:(1)採用與不採用網際網路的出版業者之間,在各個決策因素構面皆有差異。其顯著的因素有:獲利力、正式化程度、集權程度、主管支持度、國際化程度、競爭強度、溝通的開放性、同業採用的壓力、相對利益、相對風險、相容性。(2)目前出版業在網際網路上應用較廣的用途為:形象廣告的建立、與客戶間的互動服務、公司內外公文業務的往來、商情資訊的收集、資訊的傳遞。 |
英文摘要 | With the functions of Internet increasing, the applications of the Internet have become more widespread and important in Taiwan recently; however, its empirical survey and research is limited. This study seeks to fill that void by gathering data about the experiences of the publishing firms in Taipei in factors of affecting them to adopt the Internet and their current applications of it. The objectives of this study are: (1)To find out the decision factors, which affect the publishing firms to adopt the Internet (2) To conclude the applications of the Internet applied by the publishing firms currently, so as to provide other enterprises for reference. The major findings are: (1) All decisions factors are significantly different between the Internet adoption and the Internet non-adoption in the publishing firms. And the significant variables are profitability, formalization, centralization, supports by the top management, internationalization, competitive intensity, communication openness, the adoptive pressure from the fellow-trader, comparative interest, relative risk, and compatibility. (2) Five major applications of the Internet used by the firms are the establishment of the image and advertisement, interactive services with clients, business communications within and outside the firms, business information collection, and information transmission. |
