| 中文摘要 | 本研究將固態高分子電解質電極應用於氫氣之感測,藉由不同方式所製備的Nafion/Pt、Nafion/Pt/PPy電極,來改善其感測的特性,在Nafion/Pt電極方面,以0.06N NaBH4的還原劑沈積3.88mg/cm2的白金觸媒,其偵測氫氣的感度為0.072μ A/cm2 ppm。Nafion/Pt/PPy電極方面,以0.05N FeCl3 化學蒸鍍5min的PPy膜所製備的電極感度最大,偵測氫氣的感度為0.035μ A/cm2 ppm。老化測試的結果,雖然Nafion/Pt/PPy電極的感度較低,但老化速度低於Nafion/Pt電極,證明Nafion/Pt電極加入PPy層後,可降低老化速率。 |
| 英文摘要 | The electrodes of solid polymer electrolyte (Nafion/Pt and Nafion/Pt/PPy) were applied in the gas detection of hydrogen. The characteristics of gas sensors were improved by the modification of the electrodes. The best sensitivity for hydrogen detection among the Nafion/Pt electrodes is 0.072 μ A/cm2.ppm. The Pt loading of this electrode prepared at 0.06 N NaBH4 is 3.88 mg/cm2. The best sensitivity for hydrogen detection among the Nafion/Pt/PPy electrodes is 0.035 μ A/cm2.ppm. The PPy film was prepared by chemical vapor deposition method in 0.05 N FeCl3 for 5 min. The aging rate of the Nafion/Pt/PPy electrode is lower than that of the Nafion/Pt electrode. |
